    Poptropica Multiplayer Games
If you want to do something more in Poptropica besides finishing the main island missions, you may want to try playing all the different multi-player games. The different Poptropica games are fun to play because you get to compete against other players in the game. As you win more, you can improve your battle ranking and have a lot of fun. poptropica It's a great way to spend your time while you're waiting for new island quests and missions to become available.

You can access the different mini-games from the various multi-player rooms on each of the islands. Every island on Poptropica has one, and it's usually in the main area of each island. For example, the multiplayer room in Early Poptropica is called the Soda Pop Shop, and it's located right near the beginning. Recently, Poptropica added a special power that you can purchase in the store for credits called the Multiverse. This item lets you make your own multiplayer room and invite your friends inside. To start playing the Poptropica games, go inside any multiplayer room.

Pathwise is one of Poptropica's multiplayer games. It is a strategy game, in which the purpose is to hook up tiles of your respective colour from one end of the board to another before the other guy can. To start out a game of Pathwise, first scalp over to the nearest multiplayer area. Click the person you intend to fight against, and a pair of options will be seen over the players head: Chat and Battle. Click on "Battle", and a listing of games will display. Click on "Pathwise", which is the first game listed. The opposite player will be presented the options "Sure!" or "No, thank you!". If they choose "Sure!", the game will start, however, if they say No, thank you! or dont answer you, youll need to find someone else to play the game.

For your turn, click any tile to change it to your colour. Your ultimate goal is to generate a path that links the two sides of your color.

Each player is going to be on opposite sides of the screen one person is on one of the two grassy green sides, the other at one of the two watery blue. Your main goal would be to attain the other side with your color before the other person does. You will take turns to select one of the 81 hexagonal tiles to make it a part of your path. Hitting a tile when it is your turn will change the plain gray tiles color to your own. In case a tile was already colored green or blue, it cannot be clicked on ever again. It is a 9 x 9 grid, however it relies on the players quick wits and calculations to win. When it's your turn, dont wait for too much time or else your turn will get skipped!

Because there are no points in this game, the only method to win is to create a finished path to connect the two sides of your color together, before the other person gets to it. The game ends when a person has won, or if the whole playing field is filled. If the complete grid is filled and there is simply no winner, it is a tie.

    Astro-Knights Island Walkthrough
You know I've been trying to play Poptropica a whole lot these previous days. There are lots of brand new islands that you may play in the game right now. My all-time favourite so far is certainly Astro-Knights Island. Think of knights and armor and stuff but in outer space. Your goal is to rescue a princess who was kidnapped from her castle on one planet and taken away to another. Along the way you have to also rescue the three other knights who tried to rescue her before you and failed. I was really amazed with how big the quest is. It kind of takes a long time to play and some of the challenges and puzzles are wicked tough. I got stuck and then tried some Poptropica cheats for Astro-Knights and those really helped out, especially the videos poptropica. The jumping robot fish on the Ice planet was really difficult. So was the dragon at the end of the Fire Planet. However the hardest part of the whole quest is definitely the boss battle at the end. First you have to catch all the bombs he drops and then drop them on him before they explode on you. You have to get all the timing down exactly right to do it. After that you do the second part of the battle where you jump around avoiding his laser beams and you try to get him to hit the lights instead so that they fall on top of him. Believe it or not, it's tougher than it sounds.

Even with the assistance I got using the step-by-step videos I totally failed the initial few times. But I did finally get it right and I won the battle and got the medal at the end. I was pretty psyched to win after spending so much time trying to defeat it. And although this quest took forever and was so hard, I enjoyed it a lot. I would rank it as the best island in Poptropica. I'm still working my way through them and am looking forward to trying out Counterfeit Island and some of the others soon.

    Steamworks Island News

Hey the major news on Poptropica is that Steamworks Island was launched in early access for paid subscribers to try out. It was much harder to finish than several other missions before. I was surprised with how much time it took to complete. Your job is to solve some really big mysteries about the island. The biggest mystery of all is why no one lives there anymore. When they departed they left all of the machinery behind and most of it still works. Towards the start of the quest, you will encounter a robot companion named Sprocket and he will help you out many times. While you're adventuring around the island, you will find a lot of dangerous plant monsters to battle and uncover a ton of secrets and small mysteries about what happened. I tried to play on my own for a while, but finally I checked out this awesome Poptropica Steamworks Island walkthrough.

One of the toughest parts are the different puzzles. A lot of the puzzles have three different levels. One of the toughest puzzles to solve is the steam valve puzzle you need to do each time you activate a steam terminal. In these puzzles, you must change the steam pressure by re-routing the path it travels using a bunch of switches that add or subtract to the pressure. poptropica tips I thought it was kind of hard.

My favorite area was the greenhouse. It was all smashed up but I thought it looked pretty awesome and I like you kill off the big plant monster there. Another great zone in Steamworks is the Hub with all its moving machinery.
